5 Star went above and beyond to make sure our July outdoor wedding was pleasant for our guests! The advice their team gave on tent placement to chiller/fans needs, was priceless in this TX heat! Wow wow wow, Five Star Rental in Denton is incredible! From start to finish their team was incredibly professional, responsive, and detail oriented. Zach and Cam in particular were fantastic, they made the setup and tear down amazingly easy, efficient, and spotless. This company is called five star rental for a reason. HUGE shoutout to their staff for making a miracle happen for a same day order and delivery.We had a last-minute emergency and needed a 20x40 tent, linens and chairs delivered same day as I called them. I called them at 1 PM to have a 20 x 40 tent and by 4 PM the tent was delivered and installed.Above and beyond customer service. Highly recommend this company for any of your event rental needs.

My daughter was married on May 3 of this year. Five star rentals in Denton provided the linens and the charge plates. The best thing I can say about five star is that their attention to customer service is second to none. We had found out when we got to the venue that we were short two of the round tablecloths. I made a call to the five star rental dispatcher and they sent somebody with those two linens immediately. Five star should be renamed to 10 star because that’s the customer service they offer. 5 Star Rental gets 5 Stars from us!They helped make our wedding vision come to life!We wanted the decor to have the same vibe as a grand winter feast out of Game of Thrones with subtle hints of Star Wars and Marvel and we got exactly what we wanted!The dinnerware and glassware were exactly what we asked for and helped tie our theme together. We loved the tables cape with the blue goblet water glasses and candelabras, and the gold overlay on the cocktail tables was stunning!We were also able to rent patio heaters from them since our wedding was in February and the ceremony and cocktail hour were outside. Luckily the weather cooperated and we were blessed with a sunny 70 degree day, but when the sun went down the guests were thankful for the heaters during cocktail hour.With help from our wedding planner, Katie Waara of One Fat Dove and Sara from 5 Star the rental and return process was seamless. We were also able to rent dinnerware for our rehearsal dinner and that was such an easy process.5 Star Rental gets a 5 Star Review from the Rhodes!

If you want excellent service from begining to end ; these are the folks to do business with. Sarah was fantastic. From the first time I met her,to taking my requests,offering choices and even loading and unloading truck. I was impressed,she and her boss Cecilia came out of their offices to help getting equipment back into their building. I knew Sarah was new, but you'd think by her professionalism that she'd been there for a while. This is my second time using them, and will continue to do so.
